- Our own pastilla, a sweet & savory filling of farm chicken, almonds and oriental spices in a phyllo pastry. To highlight its delicate flavor, we suggest a glass of Gewürtztraminer Vieilles Vignes by Marc Tempé.
- Waterzooi-style farm chicken émincé, fresh cream and seasonal vegetables
- French lamb served with prunes and semoulina
- Sausage from Maison Conquet in Laguiole, served with cooked lentils
- And our classics: Aubrac beef, Mourad's specialty cod brandade, the Aubrac charcuterie platter, an unforgettable carrot salad with preserved lemons, the very popular homemade pâté from Maison Coquet, mascarpone with dried fruits macerated in rum, or our traditional chocolate fondant with its custard sauce.
