On the Menu

East meets West at À la Vierge de la Réunion, in a delicious marriage of tastes and aromas—cilantro, fresh or marinated ginger, or the spice blend ras el hanout.

We propose a selection of seasonal dishes:


  • our pastilla, sweet & savory layers of farm chicken, almonds and oriental spices. It pairs ideally with a glass of Marc Tempé's Gewürtz.
  • Waterzooi-style farm chicken émincé, fresh cream and seasonal vegetables
  • French lamb served with prunes and fine semolina
  • sausage from Maison Conquet (Laguiole) served with stewed lentils
  • and our classics: grilled Aubrac beef, Mourad's own cod brandade, the Aubrac charcuterie platter, an unforgettable carrot and preserved lemon salad, the very popular homemade pâté from Maison Coquet, mascarpone with dried fruits macerated in rum, or our traditional chocolate fondant with its custard sauce.
